1. Order Cancellation
Since all our products are digital in nature, once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled.
Orders cannot be modified or changed after payment confirmation.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our projects, refunds are not applicable once the files have been delivered or downloaded.
However, if you receive an incorrect or corrupted file, or the project is not as described, you can contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
In such cases, we will review your request and provide a replacement project or corrected files at no extra cost.
3. Replacement Conditions
Replacement is only applicable if the issue is genuine, such as missing files, wrong project delivery, or technical errors.
You must provide valid proof of the issue (screenshot, order ID, etc.) when requesting support.
4. How to Request a Replacement
Please contact us via email at support@auragaint.com with your Order ID and details of the issue. Our support team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.
5. No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
The project was successfully downloaded.
The buyer changes their mind after purchase.
The issue is not related to project delivery or file corruption.
